Technology, comfort and environment are the distinctive features of the new “Giardini d’Inverno” residences, located in the heart of Milan, a stone’s throw from the Central Station.

MILANI S.p.A. took part in the intervention through RTI signed with Alpiq Intec Italia SpA, dealing with the installation of electrical and special systems, the centralized control system, the 24-hour video surveillance system and level 3 home automation in all apartments, which offers the possibility to manage the house at will with extreme simplicity.
