Solaria is a 143 meters high residential building located in via Melchiorre Gioia, in the eastern part of Porta Nuova. The 34-storey tower, designed by Miami-based Arquitectonica in collaboration with Caputo Partnership, consists of three separate wings that meet in a central core. The tower overlooks Parco dei Giardini di Porta Nuova to the north and a garden of 4,000 square meters to the south.

The urbanization of the area is completed by residences which rethink the traditional model of the Milanese villas in a contemporary key, with large open spaces consisting of terraces and gardens. From the outside, a single enclosure wall allows the complex to relate coherently to the block.

MILANI S.p.A. installed the electrical, special, and photovoltaic systems of the whole complex.
